Tuesdays 10 am, Fellowship. Everyone welcome. Soup lunch served first Tuesday of the month.

Rippey Lions Club – Pat Essing, Northwest Lions Club District Governor, visited the Rippey Lions Club, Nov. 9.  She complimented
the Rippey Lions Club for their local work and donations to Leader Dog, Camp Hertko Hollow, and other Iowa Lions projects. She also inducted new member Brad Rowe into the local group.

The next meeting, Nov. 16 will host Danille Curtis, Iowa Coordinator for Midwest Mission located in Jefferson. She will share about the
sleeping mat project that the Rippey United Methodist Church and other groups have worked on. 

Volunteers also assist by packing rice meals, personal care kits and other items in Jefferson.  ~Nancy Hanaman

Reminder: Lots of Socks and More drive continues – Donations of new socks and underwear for preschool through middle school  students are being accepted through Nov 19. Donation baskets are at the Rippey United Methodist Church, Rippey public library and Rolling Hills Bank. 

All donations will be distributed by New Opportunities Family Development Center. The Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) sponsors this annual drive.
